Inaugural Project on Hypertension
Funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) under the Institute Community Support Program (ICS), this project aims to create a national network that improves hypertension detection, treatment, and control through a unique pharmacy-based approach. This project will connect community members, healthcare professionals, and policymakers to advance hypertension screening and management across Canada.
Working collaboratively with the global May Measurement Month Organization and NL SUPPORT, our team is dedicated to supporting Hypertension Canada's hypertension surveillance program.
